RioCan Windfields Farm Retail Development, Oshawa
Rochon delivered retail base buildings and site infrastructure across RioCan’s Windfields Farm development in Oshawa. The phased program prepared commercial space for occupants including TD Bank, Symposium Café, CIBC and Mary Brown’s, supporting a mix of banking and food-service uses.
Work combined building construction with grading, underground services, paving and landscaping across multiple development blocks. Coordination between landlord works and tenant delivery teams was central to preparing the individual premises within the wider retail development.
