Rochon is converting former grocery space at Empress Walk in North York into a 66,000 sq. ft. T&T supermarket, announced by the retailer as its largest Ontario location. The project brings a substantial food-retail and preparation operation into an existing below-grade setting.

The fit-out includes bakery and hot-food kitchens, meat and seafood preparation areas, dedicated coolers and freezers, receiving, e-commerce space and self-checkouts. Interior demolition and fit-out must coordinate these functions with existing services and circulation, including the atrium and escalator.
