The T&T Supermarket, North York project involves the conversion of an existing space into Ontario’s largest T&T Supermarket. This 66,000 sq. ft. flagship location is situated below grade and organized around a dramatic open atrium, creating a highly visible and immersive retail environment.

Once complete, this will be the largest T&T Supermarket in Ontario and the first flagship store of its kind in the province. The store will feature one of the largest freestanding escalators in North America, Ontario’s largest T&T bakery, and the largest Asian beauty section in the province, setting a new benchmark for the brand’s retail experience.

Construction is currently in the initial stages, with Rochon managing the full interior demolition and premium grocery fit-out. The project is being delivered to reflect T&T’s brand standards, quality, and customer experience expectations while supporting the operational requirements of a high-volume flagship grocery environment.
