Steeles Bramalea Logistics & Training Campus
Rochon delivered a three-building campus of over 400,000 sq. ft. for Carttera in Brampton. Its approximately 374,000 sq. ft. warehouse includes 59 loading positions; the warehouse was fitted out for logistics operator Syncreon. Two smaller flex-office buildings complete the development.
The campus also includes Rochon’s separate fit-up in Brampton for Medix College and North American Trade Schools. Medical, dental and pharmacy training spaces sit alongside welding, HVAC and electrical teaching areas. The projects combine major warehouse construction and tenant delivery with a specialized education facility within the same campus.
