Rochon completed the construction of a modern industrial complex in Cambridge, Ontario, acting as the Design-Build partner. The facility was developed with a focus on sustainability and includes Zero Carbon Ready infrastructure upgrades.

This 28.9-acre site was transformed into a last-mile urban distribution and logistics centre, featuring multiple occupancy buildings totaling over 440,000 sq.ft.

The completed facility includes a 40 ft clear deck, 81 loading docks, solar-ready roofing, and an energy-efficient envelope—tailored to meet the evolving needs of industrial tenants.
