Our Health & Safety Policy It is the policy of Rochon Building Corporation that primary attention will be given to safety and health considerations in all of our work performed. This involves the provision of safe working conditions, development, communication and implementation of safe work procedures, and effective worker training. This objective is paramount within the organization, and goes hand in hand with a sincere recognition of our responsibilites. No job is so urgent that it cannot be conducted in a safe manner. The welfare of employees and public is our greatest concern. All workers and contractors employed by Rochon Building Corporation are reminded of their duties and responsibilities pursuant to health and safety legislation, and will be constantly advised of their requirement to correct, or report job related safety concerns, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate authority. We take our safety responsibilities seriously. Through corporate accountability for all of our ongoing projects, the development and implementation of safe work procedures, accident investigations, site safety talks, job site inspection results, and other relevant data, we will have the necessary tools to ensure the effective administration of our Corporate Health and Safety Program. The attitude and cooperation of our employees and contractors in promoting workplace safety and accident prevention will assist our corporate goal to maintain a safe and healthy place to work, for all workers. |
